Contact Improvisation FUNDAMENTALS or Intermediate Skills class–and/or following Jam

Springtime dancing through mid-June! To deepen your practice, you can attend the all-levels Fundamentals class (or “pop-up” Intermediate Skills class) from 10:30-11:30am and then stay to jam. Or you can simply come to jam from 11:30am to 1pm.
If you’re a new/er contact improviser who wants to try out just one class, we appreciate advance payment by the Friday prior so we can plan a beginner-inclusive Fundamentals class. This round we’ll continue our Intermediate Skills “pop-up” classes on dates new/er dancers don’t attend.
PACKAGE purchases are encouraged to ensure we cover our rent, support our teacher-facilitators, and save you some bucks. And if you need lower fees to attend, don’t hesitate to check that option below and let us know what you can afford to pay.
Classes and jams take place twice-monthly on Sundays, alternating between Ann Arbor & Detroit venues.
FUNDAMENTALS class–or Intermediate Skills–is 10:30-11:30am (except on April 7th, 9:30-10:30am)
the JAM is 11:30am-1pm (except on April 7th, 10:30am-12 noon)
**Doors open at least 10 minutes before start time. Here are the dates!

For the Ann Arbor dates, we’re at Gretchen’s House, OAK VALLEY, a daycare center with a lovely movement room: 2340 Oak Valley Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.
For the Detroit dates, we’re in the spacious, luscious corner studio at Andy Arts: 3000 Fenkell Ave, Detroit, MI 48238. PARK & ENTER ON PARKSIDE.
Both Gretchen’s House and Andy Arts are wheelchair-accessible venues.
